The Four Star 12 Transistor Solid State AM Radio not only picks up AM signals, but it also will amplify your telephone signal so that you can use it like a speaker phone.  The Four Star is battery operated using one 9 volt battery (not included) or also operates on normal household current. with the AC power cord included.  Its beautiful Leather Stitched Suitcase with Retractable Handle and chrome facade make this a magnificent example of early transistors.   The Four Star is very portable and can be taken anywhere.  It measures  7 inches wide x 3 3/4 inches height x 2 1/2 inches deep.
